What services do you offer?
We offer individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy sessions. We specialize in a variety of areas including anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, trauma, and more.
How can I schedule an appointment?

What are your office hours?
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We also offer evening and weekend appointments upon request to accommodate your schedule.
Do you accept insurance?

What can I expect during my first session?
Your first session will focus on getting to know you, understanding your concerns, and discussing your goals for therapy. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the therapy process.
How long does each therapy session last?
Typically, each therapy session lasts about 50 minutes. However, we can tailor the length of the session to meet your specific needs.
How often will I need to come to therapy?
The frequency of therapy sessions varies depending on your individual needs and goals. Some clients benefit from weekly sessions, while others may attend bi-weekly or monthly.
Is therapy confidential?
Yes, everything discussed in therapy is confidential. We adhere to strict ethical and legal guidelines to ensure your privacy. Exceptions are made only in cases where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, as required by law.
Will my personal information be shared with anyone?
No, your personal information will not be shared without your consent. The only exceptions are in cases where disclosure is required by law or if you provide written authorization for us to share your information
How do I know if you are the right fit for me?
Finding the right therapist is essential for a successful therapy experience. We offer a complimentary initial consultation to help you determine if our therapists are a good fit for your needs. Feel free to ask any questions during this initial meeting to ensure you are comfortable.
What should I do if I have an emergency or crisis outside of office hours?
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or crisis, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. You can also contact the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988 for immediate support.
Can you prescribe medication?
Our therapists do not prescribe medication. However, we can work collaboratively with your primary care physician or a psychiatrist if medication is part of your treatment plan.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
For your first appointment, please bring a valid ID, your insurance card (if applicable), and any completed intake forms that we have sent you. It's also helpful to jot down any questions or topics you want to discuss.
